How to get to the city centre?

You will need approx. 25 minutes  on foot. The walk is extremely  beautiful and takes you through  the botanical garden and along  the Ljubljanica river, all the way to  the old city centre of Ljubljana.

If you don’t have enough time for  a walk, we offer rent-a-bike or an  electric scooter for rent (for an  additional fee). 

Ljubljana is a cyclist-friendly city.  Using this type of transport  allows you to see as much as  possible of what Ljubljana has to  offer in a short time. 

It will only take 10 minutes to get  to the old town by bike/scooter. 

The bus station is very close by  (200m) 

Bus lines are regular, and city  buses take you directly to the city  centre.

  • The botanical garden is just a few  steps away. However small, it is  very cute and interesting. In it you  will also find the Primula teahouse

  • If you enjoy soaking up the sun,  the Špica park is only 700 meters  away and it comes with a  wonderful view of the Ljubljanica  river. You can also have a taste of  the coffee and desserts offered  by the local cafe.

  • The nearest bakery is just a few  minutes away. It is a school  bakery, where the students of the  confectionery course showcase  their products.

1.) Check-in: 15:00 – 23:00 unless  agreed otherwise

HOUSE RULES 

1) Noisy gatherings and parties are  not allowed 

2.) Smoking is prohibited indoors. 3.) Peace and quiet must be ensured  between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. 4.) Animals are not allowed 

5.) Parking is free. Parking spaces are  limited, so a reservation is mandatory. 6) Guests are responsible for the  apartment or room during their stay. If  damage occurs during the stay, it will  be assessed and confirmed by the  owner, and the guests will have to  pay for it. 

7) Eagle’s Nest accommodation does  not provide food/meals 

 RESERVATION AND   CANCELLATION POLICY 

1.) The permitted number of guests  depends on the individual  

reservation. There may never be more  guests in the apartment or room than  the number of guests indicated when  making the reservation. 

2) Cancellation of the reservation is  free of charge up to 7 days before  arrival. If you cancel your reservation  7 days or less before arrival, you will  be charged the full amount of the  reservation. In case of early  

departure, we withhold 100% of the  payment for overnight stays. 

3) The guest pays 50% of the  accommodation price when booking.  The remaining part is paid at least 7  days before the start of the stay in  the accommodation. 

In the event that the guest does not  pay the remaining part of the price of  the accommodation within the  stipulated period, it is considered that  he has canceled the accommodation.  In this case, the provisions on  cancellation of accommodation shall  apply.
