PRICES 

All prices are in € (euros) and include VAT. 

TOURIST TAX 

Tourist tax is not included in the price. At the moment it costs €3.13 per adult per day, children up  to the age of 7 are exempt of the tourist tax and children from 7 to 18 years old have a 50%  discount. 

BOOKING AND PAYMENT 

Your booking is made prior to your arrival by a bank transfer to our bank account: SI56 0284 3026  4804 263.  

Both credit card or PayPal are accepted as a form of payment. Cash payments are also possible  by prior agreement.  

The guest pays 50% of the accommodation price when booking. The remaining part is paid at  least 7 days before the beginning of the stay at the accommodation.  

In the event that the guest does not pay the remaining part of the price of the accommodation  within the stipulated period, it is considered that he/she has canceled the accommodation. In this  case, the provisions on cancellation of accommodation shall apply. 

BOOKING CANCELLATION 

Booking cancelation is free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. If you cancel your  booking 7 days or less before the arrival, you will be charged the full amount of the booking. In  case of an early departure, we withhold the entire amount paid for the entire stay.  

We reserve the right to cancel the booking and, in special circumstances, the right to withdraw or  change it. 

CHECK-IN/ENTRY 

We are an accommodation without the reception, so you enter the premises by yourself. When  making the booking, it is necessary to fill out an online form complete with the personal  documents data. After receiving the online form, we will provide you with all the necessary  instructions with entry codes.  

Entry to the premises is possible from 3:00pm until 11:00pm Later arrival is also possible.  

Early arrival is only possible with prior notice, depending on the availability of the accommodation  and for an additional fee. 

Only guests who are a part of the booking are allowed to stay in the accommodation.  

Profik d.o.o. does not take any responsibility for the persons who do not finish the check-in  process. Persons who are not registered and who enter and/or stay without our knowledge are  themselves materially and criminally responsible for the registration/check-in.  

We reserve the right to prohibit the stay if the number of people exceeds the number specified at  the time of booking. 

CHECK-OUT

Please leave the accommodation by 11:00am. Later check-out is possible and is subject to  availability and for an additional fee. 

PARKING LOT 

Parking is free. Advance reservation for a parking space is mandatory, as we have limited parking  spaces. You are entitled to 1 parking space per rented unit. 

If you are coming with a larger car, van or camper, please let us know in advance. A parking space  will be allocated to you before your arrival. 

SMOKING 

Smoking is prohibited on the premises. In case of non-compliance, an additional cleaning fee of  €200.00 will be charged. The outdoor parts of the house, such as balconies, terraces and  courtyards, are an exception.  

FOOD 

Eagle’s Nest does not offer food/meals. 

ANIMALS 

Pets are not allowed. 

PARTIES AND NIGHT PEACE 

Parties and events are not allowed. Peace and quiet are obligatory between 10pm and 8am. CHILDREN 

We welcome children ages 8 and up. 

CLEANING 

We do not offer daily cleaning. Cleaning, change of towels and bed linen is provided by  agreement. 

In winter, the maid enters the unit every day, to ensure that the room is regularly ventilated. This  prevents excess humidity in the unit and mold growth. 

PERSONAL ITEMS 

We are not responsible for the theft of personal belongings, valuables, documents and means of  transport. We are not responsible for forgotten items. 

DAMAGE 

The guest is responsible for damage caused by his fault or by the fault of those for whom he is  responsible and those who visit him. The guest uses all devices in accordance with the  instructions for safe use. If installations, furniture, appliances or other equipment are missing or  damaged, please notify us – phone +386 (0)30355633. If the guest causes damage intentionally or  through negligence, he is obliged to reimburse it. 

RIGHT OF ENTRY 

We reserve the right to allow the owner and maintenance personnel to enter the facility for  emergency maintenance or inspection.

RECORDING AND PHOTOGRAPHING OR CARRYING OUT BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

Different terms and prices apply for renting the units for the purpose of photography or recording.  

In the rented premises of the Eagle’s Nest Ljubljana it is prohibited to provide any service. If there  is any suspicion about the services being provided, the guest is firstly warned. In case of long term non-compliance, the guest’s stay will be immediately terminated. In this case, the cost of  booking will not be returned. 

RENTAL  

Bicycle/electric scooter rental 

The price of renting an electric scooter per day is €30.00 incl. VAT.  

We offer a discount for multi-day rentals.  

PERSONAL DATA 

We protect all acquired data of our guests in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act  (Official Gazette of the RS No. 86/04 and 67/07). By accepting the offer, the guest consents to the  use of this data for the purposes of statistical processing and to receiving information regarding  our news and offers. If the guest does not consent, he can let us know at check-in. This does not  apply to the forwarding of the personal data to the police.
