Spacious and bright room with a  balcony. 

The room is equipped with a padded  double bed 160×200, a two-seater  and a smart TV. 

The room shares a bathroom with  two neighboring rooms. The  bathroom has a shower cabin, sink,  toilet, bidet and other personal  hygiene products. 

In winter, the room is heated with a  radiator and air conditioning, and in  summer it is cooled with air  conditioning. The room can be  completely darkened with electric  blinds. 

Outside the room there is a common  area for preparing a quick meal. A  coffee machine, water heater,  refrigerator, tableware and  accessories are available. 

Keep in mind that this is not a  kitchen, so no cooking is allowed.

1.) Check-in: 15:00 – 23:00 unless  agreed otherwise 

2.) Check-out: by 11 am 

HOUSE RULES 

1) Noisy gatherings and parties are  not allowed 

2.) Smoking is prohibited indoors. 3.) Peace and quiet must be ensured  between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. 4.) Animals are not allowed 

5.) Parking is free. Parking spaces are  limited, so a reservation is mandatory. 6) Guests are responsible for the  apartment or room during their stay. If  damage occurs during the stay, it will  be assessed and confirmed by the  owner, and the guests will have to  pay for it. 

7) Eagle’s Nest accommodation does  not provide food/meals 

 RESERVATION AND   CANCELLATION POLICY 

1.) The permitted number of guests  depends on the individual  

reservation. There may never be more  guests in the apartment or room than  the number of guests indicated when  making the reservation. 

2) Cancellation of the reservation is  free of charge up to 7 days before  arrival. If you cancel your reservation  7 days or less before arrival, you will  be charged the full amount of the  reservation. In case of early  

departure, we withhold 100% of the  payment for overnight stays. 

3) The guest pays 50% of the  accommodation price when booking.  The remaining part is paid at least 7  days before the start of the stay in  the accommodation. 

In the event that the guest does not  pay the remaining part of the price of  the accommodation within the  stipulated period, it is considered that  he has canceled the accommodation.  In this case, the provisions on  cancellation of accommodation shall  apply.
